Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Dip chicken strips in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Dip again in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. For the dip, mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a bowl.
  7. Serve chicken strips hot with the cheesy dip.
