- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Dip again in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- For the dip, mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a bowl.
- Serve chicken strips hot with the cheesy dip.
