Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best results.
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
