Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 pickle slices
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.

  7. Toast buns lightly.
  8. Spread mayonnaise on buns.
