Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- Place cheese on chicken while still hot to melt.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on buns.
- Assemble sandwich with chicken, pickles, and top bun.
