Description

A delicious crispy chicken Caesar sandwich with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices crusty bread or ciabatta
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Toast bread slices lightly.
  8. Spread Caesar dressing on bread.
  9. Layer lettuce, crispy chicken, and shaved Parmesan on bread.
  10. Top with another slice of bread and serve.

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
