- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked rice and mix well with garlic butter.
- Serve beef strips over garlic butter rice.
