Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge salmon in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place coated salmon on the baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
