- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.
