Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce or drizzle it on top.
- Serve immediately with rice or a side salad.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-coat the chicken in flour.
- Adjust the sriracha amount for more or less heat.
- Use an air fryer for a healthier version.
