Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
