  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy.
