- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
- In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
