Description

These crispy air fryer potatoes are perfectly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection. A delicious side dish that pairs well with any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
