- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll the coated florets in breadcrumbs.
- Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
