- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
