Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and top with mozzarella.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle fresh basil before serving.

- Adjust cream thickness with a splash of chicken broth if needed.
