- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add heavy cream and Parmesan.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Add meatballs to the sauce and serve.
