Description

A quick and delicious creamy spicy garlic butter steak pasta dish ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
  • Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
