A quick and delicious creamy spicy garlic butter steak pasta dish ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak, sliced
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
