- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups white sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Spread a thin layer of white sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, shrimp, white sauce, and cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- You can substitute with pre-cooked shrimp.
