- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 head garlic, roasted
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into the pot.
- Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.

- Use Yukon Gold potatoes for best texture.
- Adjust milk for desired consistency.
