- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
