- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 large potato, cut into thin ribbons
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, and sage. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in potato ribbons and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
