Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs if available for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
