A rich and creamy chicken Alfredo dish paired with spicy hot honey roasted potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with hot honey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and sauté mushrooms and garlic in the same pan.
- Add butter, cream, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Slice chicken and return to sauce. Serve with roasted potatoes.
Notes
- Use thighs for juicier chicken.
- Adjust hot honey for desired spice.
- Garnish with parsley if available.
