Description

A delicious and easy-to-make chicken dish with creamy garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken fillets and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Add parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
