A delicious and easy-to-make chicken dish with creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillets and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.
