Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season beef strips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked spaghetti and beef strips to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Season with black pepper and serve hot.
