- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Butter for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut the corn in half if necessary to fit in the air fryer.
- In a large bowl, toss the corn with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and serve with butter if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or Parmesan cheese before serving.
