Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut the corn in half if necessary to fit in the air fryer.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the corn with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove the corn from the air fryer and serve with butter if desired.
