A quick and easy dessert made with Cool Whip, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
- Spread half of the Cool Whip mixture over the crumbs.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the Cool Whip.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, Cool Whip mixture, and strawberries.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can substitute strawberries with any other fruit like blueberries or bananas.
- For a chocolate version, add chocolate pudding between the layers.
