Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of granola
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer fresh berries at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
- Sprinkle granola on top for added crunch.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
