These refreshing Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles are the perfect way to enjoy your coffee on a hot day. Creamy, sweet, and packed with coffee flavor, they are easy to make and incredibly satisfying.

- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- 1 cup milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold brew coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
