- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seed if using.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
