Description

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 150g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix melted chocolate and butter, then press into dome molds. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend raspberries, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Strain to remove seeds.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, then mix into raspberry puree.
  4. Whip cream cheese until smooth, fold in raspberry mixture.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, gently fold into raspberry cream cheese mix.
  6. Pour filling into chocolate-lined molds. Chill for 3 hours.
  7. Unmold and serve chilled.
