Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter, melted
- 600g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a cake tin.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate.
- Mix in eggs, orange zest, and juice.
- Pour over the biscuit base and bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
