  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, in a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
