- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, in a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce.
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
