- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (for tossing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss the wings in buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
