- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
