  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, skin-side down. Sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs over and add minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional minute, stirring the garlic to prevent burning.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
