Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until softened.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
