- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until softened.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot.
