  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and slightly charred.
