- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pita bread or flatbreads for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Alternatively, bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Serve the sliced chicken in pita bread or flatbreads with fresh vegetables and drizzle with tahini or garlic sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- You can also use chicken breasts if preferred, but thighs are juicier.
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste.
