- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and stir in mustard and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Steam mixed vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
