Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 300g pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  8. Toss pasta with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve hot.
