Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 300ml heavy cream
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 300g pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Toss pasta with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a splash of white wine for extra depth.
