Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully done.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and slice into strips.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each.
  6. Layer chicken, avocado, lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  8. Serve immediately.
