  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until well coated with the seasoning mix.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
