- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the steak and stir until melted.
- Add cooked linguine and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
