Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, any color
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, rice, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff peppers with the mixture.
