Description

Delicious cheesy chicken Alfredo lasagna rolls that combine creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese wrapped in lasagna noodles.


Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Mix shredded chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
