Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into bars and serving.
