Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
