- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and crushed peppercorns.
- Cook the steak to your preferred doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
- Boil the fettuccine pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan to make the Alfredo sauce.
- Toss green beans in olive oil and salt, then char in a hot skillet.
- Slice the steak and serve over pasta with Alfredo sauce and green beans on the side.
