- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups broccoli rabe, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add honey and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to make the Alfredo sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Sauté broccoli rabe in butter until charred.
- Slice chicken and mix with the honey garlic sauce.
- Serve pasta topped with chicken, sauce, and charred broccoli rabe.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Substitute broccoli rabe with regular broccoli if needed.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
