  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
